I have been providing skilled and specialized physical therapy to the Littleton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch area clients for over 20 years. I have experience treating patients with Lymphedema, Orthopedic and Spine Injuries, and I specialize in Women’s Health. Over the years, I have taken numerous Pelvic Health courses and have been a teaching assistant for Herman and Wallace. I am a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist. Through private practice, I can provide in depth patient care beyond any available in a corporate environment. You are not just a number, the focus will be on your full recovery and your wellbeing.
When I’m not working in the Physical Therapy world, you can find me out hiking, biking, playing pickleball or doing anything outdoors in our beautiful state with my boys, my husband and my dog Goose!

Patient Stories
What Can I Expect from a therapy session?
Wear your comfy clothes and come on in! You will be in a private room. The first session will include a full intake of your medical history, discussion of issues that you’re experiencing, and what your goals are. We will work together to come up with functional, attainable goals and try to get to the root of the problem.
There will be an external evaluation of your posture, alignment, gait, range of motion, and strength. If appropriate, there will be an internal exam, similar to a gynecologic exam, minus the stirrups and cold metal speculum. The first visit will provide you with things to work on at home and give you a better understanding of what you’re experiencing. You will leave feeling empowered, knowing how to start on your journey to better health and well being.
Follow up visits include hands on manual therapy to address muscle and ligament issues along with addressing adhesions/ scar tissue. Therapeutic exercise is usually a large component with focus on doing exercises correctly and progressing as able. Many are surprised that pelvic physical therapy is not just doing Kegels! In fact, many women are doing Kegel’s incorrectly and are actually making their problems worse.
In the state of Colorado, you do not need a referral to see a Physical Therapist. If Pelvic PT is not the right fit for you, Kerri will direct you on to where you need to be.
